Unfortunately, not everyone survived Savitar"s wrath on The Flash Season 3 Episode 23 "Finish Line."
It turns out H.R. Switched places with Iris after rescuing her from Savitar"s lair. Now we know why the face-changing technology suddenly reappeared on The Flash Season 3 Episode 22.

It"s hard not lớn be moved by that. As we"ve seen, all versions of Barry Allen love Iris West. So it made sense that he might be swayed back khổng lồ the light side of things with her help.
Except that would have been too easy.
Cisco
Instead of doing the right thing, Savitar-Barry continued his quest khổng lồ rise to God-status. In order to vì chưng that, he needed to tear apart the tốc độ Force. Or something.
No matter how much exposition dialogue The Flash offers, I"m still every bit as confused as Joe when it comes to time travel và the speed Force. Maybe a physics degree would make watching the show easier.

Iris
Barry: Yeah, Joe. The future"s ours again.
But, let"s be honest. The coolest part of the entire scene was Iris coming in with the gun lớn deliver the final blow to Savitar-Barry.
He had it coming. She was protecting her friends, the man she loves, và bringing karmic justice to lớn the person who tortured her for months.
Joe West taught his daughter well.
Of course Iris wasn"t the only lady who had a choice to lớn make.
When the big moment came, Killer Frost chose the right side. She stopped Savitar-Barry from killing Cisco. But she also chose not lớn take the cure.
I always assumed Caitlin would kết thúc up as a hybrid between the two versions of herself so this wasn"t a huge shock. Although, I did expect her khổng lồ take the cure. I assumed it wouldn"t work the way Julian intended.
Now the big question is how long will Caitlin/Frost be on her own before returning lớn Team Flash? Not too long, I hope.

We know this won"t be the last time we see him. The show is called The Flash, after all. But will The Flash Season 4 pick up months down the line? Will it pick up with Barry in the speed Force? Will Team Flash be stable without him?
That"s what makes it a good cliffhanger. We may know that Barry will return, but we don"t know how or what shape he"ll be in. Maybe he"ll be sad khổng lồ leave the rest he"s getting in the speed Force.

Although The Flash‘s fourth season has been rather uneven, that didn’t stop the show from finishing on a strong note. “We Are The Flash” features everything that makes for a great episode of The Flash: exhilarating kích hoạt with a ton of heart. From the moment the episode begins, it’s clear that the Enlightenment is wreaking havoc on Central City and the rest of the world. The sky has turned purple, and every single piece of giải pháp công nghệ has stopped working. It’s absolute chaos in the streets. From the looks of it, Team Flash already has its hands full, but the writers pile one more thing on: Cecile has started going into labor, too. So, Team Flash not only has khổng lồ save the world but also make sure that Cecile successfully delivers her baby. But the latter ends up being complicated by the former once Marlize shows up at S.T.A.R. Labs to lớn help defeat her husband.
Marlize informs the team that the only way lớn defeat her crazy husband is for Barry to travel into the Thinker’s mind using Cecile’s telepathic powers, find what little good is left in there, and help that goodness overpower the Thinker. In case you forgot, Cecile’s powers are linked to her pregnancy. While Caitlin works on slowing down Cecile’s contractions, Barry straps himself into the Thinker’s chair for some unintentional Professor X-using-Cerebro cosplay & dives into his foe’s mind. In others words, we’re doing an Inception episode!
When Barry enters the Thinker’s mind, he finds himself standing on the street where he exited the speed Force. There’s a huge portal there, which Marlize tells him is the nexus of Clifford’s mind. The only way for them to defeat the Thinker is for Barry to lớn lead the good Clifford through the nexus. So, Barry sets off in search of said goodness. His first stop is Marlize và Clifford’s home, but that’s a dead end because the house is completely empty. Inside the Thinker’s mind, that house is definitely not a home.
Meanwhile, back in the real world, Harry, who is on the verge of becoming a vegetable, makes one last ditch effort lớn help the team & puts his Thinking Cap on, which barely helps him articulate an idea. Nevertheless, he manages to tell Cisco to lớn tell Barry to lớn look for the good De
Voe in the place where he và Marlize fell in love. What I loved about this scene between Cisco và Harry is that it’s the first time Harry’s loss of intelligence has had any kind of poignancy. Cisco is visibly pained watching his friend struggle khổng lồ speak, và he vows to lớn help him get his mind back. Both Carlos Valdes & Tom Cavanagh gave very moving performances both in this scene & in the entire episode.
Back inside De
Voe’s mind, Barry takes Harry’s advice & travels to Oxford. However, instead of finding De
Voe’s goodness there, he stumbles upon the dearly departed Ralph Dibny. It turns out the Elongated Man is still alive inside his body. Even though I’m not the biggest Ralph fan, I was definitely moved by Barry & Ralph’s tearful reunion. (Recap continues on next page)
So Barry has Ralph now, but he still doesn’t have De
Voe. Ralph suggests they visit the De
Voe’s classroom since he loved teaching so much. However, that’s a dead end, too — literally; they find the good De
Voe’s dead body in the classroom. But all hope is not lost because Barry realizes that Ralph is more than capable of taking back control of his body if he makes it through the nexus. “Remember who you are, Ralph: a hero,” says Barry, trying to lớn convince his friend to give it a shot, because every episode needs at least one pep talk.
So, the dynamic duo returns lớn the street and makes a mad dash for the big wormhole in the Thinker’s mind as they fight off an army of Thinkers. Meanwhile back in the real world, Team Flash is busy trying to lớn evade De
Voe, who obviously knows what they’re up to and is trying lớn stop them. He tracks them down lớn the pocket dimension và tries lớn kill Cecile in order khổng lồ kill Barry, but Barry & Ralph make it through the nexus in time & Ralph regains control of his body. See, emotional attachments helped Team Flash win! With the Thinker dead, he loses control of the satellites, & Marlize và Team Flash are able khổng lồ override them & terminate the Enlightenment.
But the beauty of this finale is that it had one more twist: Before Ralph regained control of his body, De
Voe transferred his consciousness lớn his chair & made a last ditch effort to lớn destroy everything. Marlize destroys the chair, which kills her husband & activates a dead man switch that sends of the satellites hurtling toward Central City. In the season’s most thrilling sequence, Team Flash heads out into the field khổng lồ handle business. Barry plans on using his sonic punch to lớn destroy the satellite before it reaches Earth, which would kill him, too; however, Mystery Girl arrives in time & helps him destroy it và saves his life in the process.
With the day saved, Cisco uses Marlize’s knowledge to lớn fix Harry’s brain, which doesn’t go as planned. Sure, Harry is able khổng lồ function again, but he doesn’t regain his intelligence. And in another surprising twist, Harry is more than fine with that because this entire ordeal helped him gain some balance. He may not be the smartest man in the world anymore, but he’s more in touch with his feelings now and he’s no longer just defined by his IQ. Harry learning the importance of emotions is definitely cheesy, but it’s endearing. With his ndocongtuong.edu.vnfound emotional intelligence, Harry decides to lớn return khổng lồ his Earth and reunite with his daughter. This obviously means we’re probably getting another Wells next season.
